Please email us at sales@aroyaleclothing.com before requesting returns/exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any UNUSED products within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions are met:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Products must be returned complete, with all parts and accessories.
  • Products must be sent in the original packaging, with all disposable seals still attached and intact.
  • Products must be sent in one single shipment; any products received in the same order must also be returned to us at the same time.

We will not accept any returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will gladly exchange your product. If you return any item, you can use a courier of your choice, and all shipping costs are at your own expense.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@aroyaleclothing.com.


We only generate refunds based on our error, such as accidental shipment of damaged goods.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, with tears, rips, or holes made by the customer, will not be accepted and payment will not be credited.

If you happen to receive an item in such condition, please contact us. We will further investigate to issue a refund, if necessary. Each piece is handcrafted and made individually per order.

We do not offer refunds based off any other conditions besides the ones listed above. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted for returns and will be returned back to the sender.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and reduced-price items are final sale and not eligible for a refund.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the customer who made the purchase.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International orders may take longer to receive. Please allow sufficient time for deliveries.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider tracking your package or purchasing shipping insurance.
